Service, horrible. After placement, the Jaccuzi falls into disruption 2 days later..... And now, there will be a mechanic in 6 days, but can also take another 10 days. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything.

Service dat woordt staat zeker niet bij de Fonteyn in het woordenboek..
Wat waren we leuk en goed geholpen toen we een tuinhuisje met overkapping zochten.. toen het geleverd was begonnen we dan ook met goeie moed te bouwen... tot de boeidelen aan de beurt waren...die zaten er niet bij.. kan gebeuren dachten we nog en gingen gelijk bellen.
U moet even een formulier invullen en terug mailen dan wordt u met 48 uur geholpen? We zijn een week verder 7x gebeld 7x belooft de zelfde dag terug gebeld te worden nou mooi niet, of het service team is allemaal ontslagen of op vakantie want terug bellen kennen jullie niet laat staan een oplossing te zoeken.
Ik dacht klant is koning? Maar nu raad ik iedereen af hier nog wat te kopen!ook de tuinset die ik had zien staan die ga ik wel ergens anders zoeken...
Wat dachten jullie geld is binnen en klant zakt maar door de....
Ik ga morgen maar weer bellen kijken of ik dan wel een keer iemand te pakken krijg die er over gaat... maar zal vast niet

Service that speaks is certainly not in the Fonteyn in the dictionary ..
We were so nice and well helped when we were looking for a garden shed with a roof .. when it was delivered we started to build with good courage ... until it was the turn of the bow parts ... they were not there .. can happen we thought and immediately called.
You just have to fill in a form and mail back then you will be helped with 48 hours? We are called a week later 7x 7x promises to be called back the same day, well not, or the service team is all fired or on vacation because calling back does not let you know to find a solution.
I thought customer is king? But now I advise everyone not to buy anything here, even the garden set that I had seen will be found somewhere else ...
What your money thought was inside and the customer sinks ...
I'm going to call again tomorrow to see if I will ever get hold of someone who's talking about it ... but probably won't

Klant onvriendelijk en echt ik ga zo veel mogelijk slechte recenties schrijven dat niemand bij jullie nog iets kopen wil!!!

I have been calling for weeks now to make an appointment and that someone would be able to talk to me decently about what the problem might be and what we could possibly do ..

And now I certainly have 6 phone calls with you and all the while our jaquzzi spa is standing still you don't send a technician anything !!! Too busy is it said? !! But haven't I just been a paying customer who has ff € 4500 down to buy that spa from you? We are now at least 5 or 6 weeks away and no one speaks to us or finally makes an appointment with us so that our spa can be checked, I find this really outrageous !!! Customer unfriendly and really I'm going to write as many bad reviews as possible that nobody wants to buy anything from you !!!
