Findings presented in this new site however, shatters the misinformation and confusion by proving that another way to REALLY insure the "long-term relationships" could not only bue true, but could be conditioned too on a "escrow based" business model as a road map between sellers and buyers.
Because Hot Tub dealers and importers are both too greed, and are operating within a unregulated market (ie unlike cars market)...!
In order of a constructive approach, let's take a significant allegory of what REALLY happened to this webmaster :
A good (mid range) SPA, cost like a car, while a swimming SPA exceeds or is close to such a value ...!
While buying a new car, would you accept that the seller requires that you sign a contract (including the manufacturer's logo and header) in which the following statements are specified for its own warranty release?
"Before each use of the car, the buyer must open the hood to check the pipes and other components ...! Otherwise, the guarantee will not be respected ...!"
In other words, to satisfy the seller in the event of a warranty need, the customer should prove to the seller that he has had the vehicle checked by a competent person (ie by a mechanic) before the use...!!!

Best evidence of discrepancy between Nieland claims and dealers is the one from Tom Brady:

Be assured, Tom Brady, me too I am really VERY sick (for more than two years ...) because of the missing warantee for hot tubs that these real Hollanders bandits hide very cleverly in their sales pitch ... !!!
These culprits behaved like seasoned thugs but they persit to publicly claim on different pictures here above, that they are guardians of "integrity", the "customers long-term relationships", "commitment to quality", and "exceptional support to our dealers"...!!!
Here are clearly explained reasons of such misguided approach and misleading arguments of Dolf Nieland and Rick Mouw brought to hot tub dealers.

He also claims that dealers are experiencing far fewer service requirements on Passion Spas than with competing models thanks to the high quality standards at the Passion Spas factory.

Within page "DEALERS UK& USA DECEIVED BY DOLF NIELAND" was still demonstrated how this scammer, in the attempt to gain more credibility, rather than modify those abusive claims, devotes a great deal of hermeneutic ingenuity (about business rules) to disguising their shortcomings, actively reconfiguring his arguments to suit the case he defends.
The innumerable criticisms of the Passion SPA customers, (who add to the case of the webmaster ...), demonstrate that these Chinese junk are absolutely unreliable ...! While Nieland improperly tries to prove the opposite to attract new sellers ... !!!
So these sellers may wonder how this scammer could (and he dare ...) to include the business benefit (which would be more than 1,000 USD) with the unpredictable cost of after sales service for TWO years ??
Because according to Nieland, servicing is almost useless ...
But this is exactly what encourages sellers NOT to perform ANY repairs...!

- 1- The major problem concerning the ABSOLUTE refusal of the guarantee (WELL disguised ...) arised only AFTER the payment of the deposit for the order of a SPA, because that was a very well concocted ploy, and the first scam of this dealer was narrowly avoided by this webmaster by canceling the sale;
- 2- The subterfuge committed by the manager Sorel has been twofold:
- a-) To Submit a TRULY contractual document (because to be mandatory signed by the customer FOR EVERY PAGE) acting as a liability waiver as a simple list of "Information and advice on portable skimmer spas."
- b-) To fraudulently embed (3 times...!) on "home page" of this document the logo and the commercial slogan of FONTEYN PASSION SPA: "love your senses" as you can see here below.

However, several obvious contradictions show that the trap was conceived NOT by Fonteyn, but by Sorel Olivier in order to escape the mandatory guarantee ...!
This document is attached as evidence of the scam and includes:

- 4-) All these prerequisites would be equivalent for a Customer to have to justify that he had done (by a competent Hot Tub technician) a real "check list" "Before any spa session" AND AFTER having read 17 pages of " instructions "+" its annexes "AND" before any use of the spa "...
Last point is equivalent to the constraints before an airplane taking off...!!!

I think that you are right about some things. The dealer should not have made documents with our name on it, I have never seen or read these documents.
I will ask him to not use these documents anymore. We will discuss internally if we want to supply spas to him in the future.
But further is your business against B2M38, definitely French law will provide rules in where it states if the order can be withdrawn or not.
Passion Spas does not have an agreement with you. I do not appreciate your threatening tone of your letter against our company.
We are just here to make people happy with beautiful spas.

In response to such outrage, the webmaster sent a VERY IMPORTANT e-mail that was extremely PREMONITORY of what happens in this year 2019 since it already had at that time, the following warning:
".../...Both your Company and B2M38 DO NOT EVEN IMAGINE HOW MANY COUNTLESS CUSTOMERS WE CAN MAKE YOU TO LOOSE EVERY DAYS BY REVEALING WORLD-WIDELY ALL OVER INTERNET YOURS ABUSIVE BEHAVIORS.
So, no matter for us if you refuse to slam out (ban) French SCAMMER B2M38 from the list of yours dealers. .../..."
5) What is very grave, is that you state "The dealer should not have made documents with our name on it" but you do NOT WRITE at all : "We FORBID to ANY of our dealers to CREATE THEIR OWN documents excluding and /or limiting in a so abusive ways all LEGAL WARRANTIES imposed by commercial laws to us (manufacturer importer) and /or to its sellers regarding OUR PASSION SPA models sold by them". BEAR THIS IN MIND, PLEASE...
Obviously, no any answer neither to this subtle interweaving remark concernig warranty violations from dealers...!
