PASSION SPA DEALERS DECEIVED BY DOLF NIELAND, OWNER AND MAIN FONTEYN' SELLER Do you want to know how and why the dealers of the FONTEYN PASSION SPA are worldwidely outraged by such an importer? (Those from UK or USA too...!) And why there is NO ANY commercial worldwide network for a company that has officially claimed ("revealed" ...) in July 2016 issue of HOT TUB Retailers UK, the sale of MORE than SIX THOUSAND SPA just in the year 2015 alone ??? Follow demonstrations here below and you will find answer... You can see here below that Dolf Nieland however claims (TWO years later...) on August 14, 2018 to https://go4export.nl/project_category/ijsland/page/2/ : "A network of 700 dealers has been set up to satisfy customers with Passion Spas throughout Europe. In recent years, dealers have also been attracted from outside Europe. Together, they set up about 8000 Passion Spas each year. " Here First Demonstration of DOLF NIELAND' Fooling Behavior! Look beforehand at two screen shot images coming from https://www.folm.de/contact/ Sellers concerned by this card are those of Germany. Nevertheless it is obvious that other maps have been published by FONTEYN to directly attract potential customers from other neighboring countries much closer than those of German cities listed here below : Hamburg: 400 km 3h37 driving Berlin: 590 km 5h29 driving Dresden: 668 km 6h03 driving Hanover: 309 km 2h59 driving Nuremberg: 608 km 5h34 driving Munchen: 776 km 7 hours of driving Stuttgart: 569 km 5h17 driving Etc., etc... Of course the distances are doubled to make the return ... Just wonder FOLLOWING QUESTION: IF THERE WERE "A network of 700 dealers .../... throughout Europe" OF FONTEYN SELLERS, WHY THOSE OF THESE VERY GREAT GERMAN CITIES ARE NOT LISTED ?? The answer is : because there are NO Fonteyn' "network" dealers !!! In Germany neither !!! There is no doubt that other resellers from other neighboring countries are outrageously skirted too: those of Belgium, Luxembourg and France ...! Nieland's misleading "strategy" AGAINST THE SELLERS' INTERESTS continues at this time of year 2019... Indeed, if you look closely at the Googlemap Copyright date, you observe this: Map Data © 2019 GeoBasis-DE / BKG ______ The second question about Nieland's deceptive "strategy" stems from the countless negative reviews reported on this site. Indeed it is not only the dealers who are deceived, but the customers too ... !!! Here are two demonstrative examples: One can then wonder why Nieland continues to believe that customers would still waste long driving hours to arrive in a shop without vendors ?? Here 2nd Demonstration of DOLF NIELAND' Fooling Behavior! The TWO next question concerns EXCLUSIVELY the market of "PORTABLE" SPA and swimming SPA for which, Nieland claims the existence of a network: 1-) If such a "theoretical" network really existed for PASSION SPA FONTEYN, WHY this company dares to SELL directly to customers (ONLINE ...!) their SPA, thereby skirting sellers of the "theoretical" network ??? 2-) If such a "network" really existed, WHY FONTEYN PASSION SPA does not publish the maps as do all serious companies which (by cons ...) have a real meshing in each country ??? Here are THREE concrete examples of real networks: Example 1: This is a map of UK sellers not for the FONTEYN brand, but for the famous "Apple" brand in London: We see the seriousness and precision with which the manufacturer of the United States hierarchizes in the smallest detail the levels of the partnerships. The classification has three levels: "Premium Resellers", "Shops", and "Watch Retailers".Example 2: This is a map of USA sellers not for the PASSION SPA USA brand, but for any generic American Corporation who would post on its website. Example 3: This is a map of sellers in France not for the FONTEYN brand, but of another French Company published on its website. Here 3th Demonstration of DOLF NIELAND' Fooling Behavior! This demonstration highlights the glaring contradiction in the PROMOTIONAL SALES PITCH of this "character" according to the nationality of his media interlocutors ...! You can read and see in the first image above that the English journalist Andy Slater, editor of HOT TUB Retailers UK, was not deceived by the claims of NIELAND about the origin of the rubbish of Chinese origin sold by Dolf (overpriced). Indeed Slater quotes this : a-) "...The trio of new Chinese-manufactured models were promoted to British audiences during the UK Pool & Spa Expo in November..." b-) "...the hot tub and swim spa market by developing models for a specialist Chinese manufacturing facility, which employs 250 people to work on the various ranges..." On the other hand, you can read and notice that the American journalist Scott Webb editor of AQUA Magazine USA has been lured by the claims of NIELAND as to the origin of the SPA because he writes: "...Passion Spas manufactures an extensive line of fully featured portable spas and swim spas in the European market, says Dolf Nieland of Passion Spas." But you can notice in the comments of the Forum, that even US resellers are also INTOXICATED (partially at least...!) by the commercial speech of Nieland. Here the comments of two dealers refusing the deception of Nieland concerning the double problematic: 1- the origin of SPA 2- the SPA guarantee WorldTraveler confirms the core of the subject: " The following statement in the press release is misleading, "Passion Spas manufactures an extensive line of fully featured portable spas and swim spas in the European market, says Dolf Nieland of Passion Spas". In fact most of Passion Spas are made in China by Jazzi Company." And Mary Cole gives her opinion on both the quality and the guarantee: "The comments regarding "chinese junk" are quite comical when in turn these spas ARE actually manufactured in China. Warranty should be a breeze....." On the other hand here sellers who are deceived:A Hollander dealer in Michigan (Tom Brady) says: " Just want we need, more junk from the CRC homeland. Dutch products are just that, Dutch. I have to deal with this Hollanders in Michigan and they make me sick " Others says : > - cabanagirl - < "... Now the US side will be distributing their European made spas ..." > - Art Glick - < "... the Europeans do not want to be manufacturers of pollution, and that is indeed a trading partnership ..." > - George - < "... would it be better to be making spas here in the USA (which Rick once did) and shipping them to Europe, rather than buying them in Europe and selling them here? ..." The confusion is such that a specialized page of this site deals precisely this topic answering the recurring question of the Net surfers: WHERE ARE PASSION SPA MADE ?
