I will provide my review with a structured answer as follows:
1)- In order to help (as you did) all others potential victims of such a criminal importer managed by a REAL shark, it seemed to me useful to insert the transcript' text of your valuable video. (The world "lemon" is probably an audio mistake...);
2)- IMHO you should foresee entering into the Global Class Actions (also called International Class Action) against such fraudulent scammers. This is now more and more simple because of the new EU parliament directive dated novembre 24-2020. This opportunity will also regard ANY deceived Passion Spa Fonteyn hot tub consumer. Please let me know;
3)- About your SPA manual, I can say you were an almost "lucky" owner (six years ago...) because since then, Fonteyn NEVER more supply such an essential piece!!! When you buy any gadget valued at a few dollars, the user manual is always provided... But this is NOT the case for ANY hot tubs from Fonteyn MUCH MORE expensive. So, I can REALLY count how many NEW scammed customers are looking for, by simply checking web statistics from such a page of my site.
4)- About your shut off valve mounted upside down and leaking, I am NOT surprised at all... Such a chinese brainless dwarf from Jazzi doesn't even know what they are doing... They are just good for making bad copies like the name JAZZY instead of Jacuzzi... !
5)- About your jacuzzi room flooded by such a chinese rubbish, I am in the SAME case!!! My own hot tub started leaking the day after delivery!! I will publish ASAP on youtube a new video showing such great damage...

Hello ladies and gentlemen friends.
I'm making this video to bring to your attention a problem that i've had and i'm trying to solve it for a few months now in vain i have one of these whirlpools jacuzzis passion spas.
Is the manual and here is the jacuzzi it's been sitting like this for a few months because i can't find parts i'm trying to communicate with the manufacturer in holland all in vain they don't pick up the phone they don't return calls they don't return emails so this is about six years old.
The first year they sold me a ("lemon"??).
The uv light was leaking it took me a few months to find parts for it and i fixed it now a few months ago it started leaking again and since then i've been trying to find parts all in vain.
Here you can see the shut off valve it's been mounted upside down and it's leaking. These air hoses they started leaking all over the place and they flooded my jacuzzi room so i've been trying to substitute those parts with these things here and these things here but they don't work so i'm thinking of another way of doing it but until then i want you to know don't buy passion spas because their customer service sucks.
The parts are unique you can't find them anywhere and if anyone has them that's the dealer in holland or netherlands wherever they are and they don't communicate they are not very helpful if at all so if you think of buying a jacuzzi or whirlpool pick another brand but not passion spas.
