French Dealer SOLUD'O (BILLON LUC 26600 MERCUROL) Served a Subpoena To Fonteyn Who Disregarded That Summons And Lawsuit Case

Concerning the French dealer' company SOLUD'O SARL (Billon Luc) located at 26600 Mercurol in the department of Drome) and his "counsel", it suffices (for the moment) to publicly display and denounce:

• 1- The contract of sale which committed seller (Billon Luc) to respect a guarantee of TEN YEARS, BECAUSE WRITTEN OF HIS HAND ...!

• 2- The summons that SOLUDO's "attorney" sent to Fonteyn Uddel via a local Dutch bailiff;

• 3- The provisional "decision" on the merits of the case, given on June 06, 2018 (but notified ONE month later...!) by the Valence Court in session that came in response to conclusions written by this webmaster himself. (a "preliminary judgement")

As regards the lawsuit case against FONTEYN PASSION SPA, it must be pointed out that according to what has been alleged by SOLUDO's "legal counsel", it appears in his findings that he requested an extra-judicial solution from Fonteyn, but none of this is supported by the slightest evidence.

What is demonstrable on the other hand is that FONTEYN PASSION SPA completely disregards its resellers as well as its clients, as well as the applicable laws (which the magistrates want to enforce ...).

Indeed :

• > A-) In anticipation of the judicial proceedings in progress, the webmaster of this site has seized FONTEYN by addressing to several consecutive recipients an e-mail dated March 2, 2018 at 01:30 (also written in English ...) with the subject: LETTRE OFFICIELLE - OFFICIAL LETTER LITIGATION FONTEYNS (NL) SOLUDO - & - XXX (FR). This email received NO response;

• > B-) Such contempt of FONTEYN (against resellers, customers, laws ...) also concerns the judges, because it appears from the "provisional judgment" of the Court of Valence that FONTEYN did not even deigned to answer neither the summons issued by the Dutch bailiff, and so, FONTEYN did not appeared at the Tribunal.

• > C-) The same contempt of FONTEYN against this webmaster was already suffered a first time following a first scam committed by another seller of FONTEYN PASSION SPA, manager of the company B2M38 (Sorel Olivier) located in Isere at 38160 Chatte. The deception concerned (ALREADY in July 2016...!!!) the refusal of guarantee and is denounced in the page dealing precisely with this major issue of FONTEYN PASSION HOT TUB.
