2°) Le présent document, ses annexes et la notice doivent être lus avant toute utilisation du spa et leurs instructions doivent être respectées sous peine d’annulation de la garantie. Conserver le présent document, ses annexes et la notice à proximité du spa.
How could be possible that dealers COULD ACCEPT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS YOUR OWN CRAZY CONDITIONS REGARDING SPAS ???
Within french release of brochure you wrote this:

AFTER MATURE THINKING AND FINALLY REALIZING THAT ABOVE SAID DOCUMENT DEMONSTRATE YOURS SPAS ARE REALLY NOT A PLEASURE BUT A NIGHTMARE, WE ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO BEAR THOSE CONSTRAINTS, AND ASKED TO YOU DEALER FULL REFUND OF PAID MONEY.
Your Company is accomplice with dealers BECAUSE YOUR LOGO IS INCLUDED WITH NAME OF DEALER within PDF abusive document (including our FIVE major unbearable remarks). So both you and dealers ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ABUSIVE CONTRACTS!!!
